At sinteze, we always start with an initial meeting (’do we match?’). Upon reaching a mutual agreement, there will be a thorough intake assessment (’what is the full picture?’) before we compose the questions for counselling and decide on an approach.
Nothing is definitive, but we do choose goals and directions as guidelines. We start with a couple of sessions and determine how well we are doing, as well as whether our goal has been accomplished or whether additional sessions are desirable. You indicate what works best and what stimulates your development the most. Sinteze offers professional guidance, support and clarity.
At Sinteze, we listen to your story without judgement, and we try to broaden thought and perception. How can you be your own friend? What convictions and beliefs are holding you back? And can you differentiate between what you consider to be a problem, and what others make out to be a problem? (Because the latter would actually make it their problem.)
Upon reaching a mutual agreement, there will be a thorough intake assessment (’what is the full picture?’) lasting two hours (effectively a double session) before we compose the questions for counselling and decide on an approach.
This is then recorded in a guidance plan, and is a part of the guidance agreement.
